  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add sour cream, eggs, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  6. Stir in mashed bananas and banana pudding mix.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Top with whipped topping before serving.
