Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add oats, flour, brown sugar, milk, oil, egg, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and vanilla to the bananas.
  4. Mix until combined.
  5. Pour the batter into muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before serving.
