Healthy and delicious banana oatmeal high protein breakfast cookies.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Add oats, protein powder, almond butter, honey, vanilla, and salt to the bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies freeze well.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
