A refreshing and easy banana icebox cake perfect for warm days.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 24 graham crackers
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Instructions
- Slice the bananas.
- In a bowl, whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Lay a layer of graham crackers in a baking dish.
- Add a layer of whipped cream and sliced bananas over the crackers.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For added flavor, use ripe bananas.
- Chill for longer for better texture.
- Try adding nuts for crunch.
