Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Place the banana slices in a freezer bag and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for an additional 1-2 hours to firm up.
- Scoop and serve the banana ice cream.
