Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Add flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix.
  5. Combine both mixtures and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour batter into a greased donut pan.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Let donuts cool.
  9. For glaze, melt brown sugar and heavy cream in a saucepan.
  10. Stir in sea salt and cook until thickened.
  11. Dip cooled donuts in glaze.
