- 3 ripe bananas, sliced

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and lemon juice; mix until combined.
- Fold in sliced bananas gently.
- Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set.
- Cool completely in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.

- Chill the cheesecake overnight for best results.
