Delicious banana chocolate chip yogurt muffins that are moist and flavorful.
Ingredients

- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2–3 bananas)
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, yogurt, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add flour and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Line a muffin tin with liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow muffins to cool before serving.
Notes
- Store muffins in an airtight container.
- These muffins freeze well.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra texture.
