  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, yogurt, melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  3. Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix until combined.
  4. Gradually add flour and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Line a muffin tin with liners and fill each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow muffins to cool before serving.
