  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add peanut butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  6. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  7. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
  9. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  10. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
