- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add peanut butter, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract to the mixture.
- Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
Notes
- For a stronger banana flavor, add more mashed bananas.
- Chill overnight for best results.
- Use homemade or store-bought caramel sauce.
