Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl.
  3. Mix in the melted butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla, then mix well.
  5. Combine the baking soda and salt in a separate bowl with the flour.
  6. Gradually add the flour mixture to the banana mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool completely.
  10. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
