Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Add pineapple, bell pepper, and onion on top of the chicken.
  5. Pour sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce over the mixture.
  6. Toss everything to coat evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
