Description

Baked spasagna is a layered dish combining the elements of lasagna and baked pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce in a baking dish.
  6. Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  7. Add half of the ricotta mixture, followed by a layer of mozzarella and some marinara.
  8. Repeat the layers, ending with noodles and sauce on top.
  9. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake for 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  11. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
