Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- In a blender, combine avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve meatballs with the avocado sauce.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
