- 1 pound rigatoni pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground meat or vegetables for extra flavor.
