Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, honey, melted coconut oil, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Add nuts or chocolate chips if using and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before cutting into bars.
