A creamy and spicy dip made with jalapenos, cream cheese, and cheese, baked until bubbly.

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well blended.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by using fewer jalapenos.
- This dip can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
