Description

A creamy and spicy dip made with jalapenos, cream cheese, and cheese, baked until bubbly.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapenos (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, jalapenos, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
