  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
