A simple and delicious recipe for baked huli huli chicken.
Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, pineapple juice, ketchup, rice vinegar, garlic powder, ginger, and black pepper.
- Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Serve hot with rice or vegetables.
Notes
- Marinate longer for more flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar.
- Serve with fresh pineapple for garnish.
