Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Submerge chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, place breadcrumbs. Coat each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs.
  5. Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
