Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, combine buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Submerge chicken pieces in the buttermilk mixture. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, place breadcrumbs. Coat each piece of chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
