- 200g pasta
- 200g feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Bake for 30 minutes until tomatoes burst and feta softens.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and add it to the baking dish.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
