A delicious twist on traditional deviled eggs, baked with cheese for extra flavor.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Hard boil the eggs and cool them in cold water.
- Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheese and chives.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Place filled eggs in a baking dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
