A delicious twist on traditional deviled eggs, baked with cheese for extra flavor.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Hard boil the eggs and cool them in cold water.
  3. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  6. Stir in shredded cheese and chives.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  8. Place filled eggs in a baking dish and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted.
  10. Serve warm.
