  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
