Ingredients

- 8 oz spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic until smooth.
- Add cooked spaghetti, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can add cooked ground beef or sausage for more protein.
- Feel free to use gluten-free spaghetti if needed.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
