Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
  3. Place the brie cheese in the hollowed bread.
  4. Top the brie with cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, and rosemary.
  5. Replace the top of the bread and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese melts.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
