A delicious baked cranberry brie bread bowl perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 1 round bread loaf
- 8 oz brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cut the top off the bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
- Place the brie cheese in the hollowed bread.
- Top the brie with cranberry sauce, chopped pecans, and rosemary.
- Replace the top of the bread and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or sliced baguette.
- Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
- Experiment with different toppings if desired.
