- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, refried beans, cheese, cumin, and chili powder.
- Place a portion of the mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush the chimichangas with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with salsa on the side.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the filling.
- Serve with sour cream or guacamole for extra flavor.
