Baked Brie is a delicious appetizer perfect for Thanksgiving.

- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
- Place the Brie cheese in the center of the pastry.
- Drizzle honey over the Brie.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans and rosemary on top.
- Fold the pastry over the cheese, sealing it completely.
- Brush the pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Pair with crackers or sliced baguette.
- You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired.
