Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup queso cheese sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix well.
- Place a spoonful of beef mixture and cheese on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Brush flautas with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- While baking, heat queso cheese sauce in a saucepan.
- Serve flautas with queso dip and sour cream.
