Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, applesauce, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in the diced apples.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
