A creamy and delightful no-bake cheesecake infused with Baileys Irish Cream.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add Baileys and vanilla extract, folding until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled.
Notes
- For a stronger flavor, increase the amount of Baileys.
- Top with chocolate shavings or whipped cream for garnish.
