Ingredients

  • Powdered sugar: 1 cup (120 g)
  • Heavy cream: 1 cup (240 ml)
  • Baileys Irish Cream: 1/2 cup (120 ml)
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon (5 ml)
  • Graham cracker crust: 1 pre-made (9-inch or 23 cm)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing graham crackers and mixing with melted butter and sugar, then press into a pie dish.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  4. Add Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
  5. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
