Description

A rich and creamy chocolate pudding infused with Baileys Irish Cream.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, Baileys, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Pour pudding into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and top the pudding.
  6. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, substitute Baileys with additional milk or cream.
