A refreshing treat combining Baileys and coffee in ice cube form.
Ingredients

- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Brew a cup of strong coffee.
- Add sugar to the hot coffee if desired and stir until dissolved.
- Let the coffee cool to room temperature.
- Mix in the Baileys Irish Cream.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Serve the ice cubes in a glass of coffee or enjoy as a dessert.
