			- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
 - 6 slices bacon, chopped
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
 - 2 tablespoons butter
 - 1 clove garlic, minced
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
 - In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
 - In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
 - Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
 - Stir in parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
 - Add cooked tortellini and bacon to the sauce, mixing well.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Serve warm.
