Ingredients

- 12 oz cheese tortellini
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumbers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked tortellini, bacon, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
- Add ranch dressing and mix until well combined.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
