			- 6 slices of bacon
 - 4 medium potatoes, diced
 - 1 cup of shredded cheese
 - 6 large eggs
 - 1 cup of milk
 - 1 teaspoon of salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
 - 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
 - Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until tender.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - In a greased casserole dish, layer the potatoes, crumbled bacon, and cheese.
 - Pour the egg mixture over the layers in the dish.
 - Bake for 30-35 minutes until eggs are set.
