Delicious bacon mushroom pork chops for a hearty meal.
Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, onions, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper. Sear in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add chicken broth and crumbled bacon to the skillet.
- Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with your choice of sides.
