A delicious pasta salad for bacon enthusiasts.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, bacon, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and green onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
- This salad is best served cold.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
