- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapenos, diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapenos, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
