A delicious meatloaf made with ground beef, bacon, and cheese.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bacon, cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- Serve with additional ketchup on top.
- Pair with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
