Description

A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese featuring bacon and cheeseburger flavors.


Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked bacon
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  2. Add ketchup and mustard to the beef and mix well.
  3. Take two slices of bread and butter one side of each.
  4. Place one slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of each slice.
  5. Add a layer of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
  6. Add two slices of bacon on top of the beef.
  7. Add another slice of cheese on top of the bacon.
  8. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
  9. Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.
