A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese featuring bacon and cheeseburger flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 slices of bread
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned.
- Add ketchup and mustard to the beef and mix well.
- Take two slices of bread and butter one side of each.
- Place one slice of cheese on the unbuttered side of each slice.
- Add a layer of the beef mixture on top of the cheese.
- Add two slices of bacon on top of the beef.
- Add another slice of cheese on top of the bacon.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side facing out.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown on both sides.

- Use your favorite type of cheese.
- Feel free to add toppings like pickles or onions.
