Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cooked bacon, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
  4. Roll out biscuit dough and cut into larger circles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
  7. Place bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
