Bacon cheeseburger bombs are a delicious, savory snack filled with ground beef, cheese, and bacon wrapped in dough.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cooked bacon, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the beef. Mix well.
- Roll out biscuit dough and cut into larger circles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add onions or pickles to the filling.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
- These can be made ahead and frozen before baking.
