- 200g spaghetti
- 100g bacon, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Fry bacon in a pan until crispy.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and mix in Parmesan cheese.
- Drain spaghetti and add to the pan with bacon.
- Remove from heat and quickly mix in the egg and cheese mixture.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.

- Use freshly grated cheese for best flavor.
- Serve with extra Parmesan on top.
