Ingredients

- 200g pasta
- 100g bacon, diced
- 150g fresh spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 50g grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the bacon and spinach mix.
- Add grated parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss well.
Notes
- You can substitute bacon with turkey bacon for a lighter option.
- Adjust the amount of garlic based on your taste.
