			- 1 pie crust
 - 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
 - 4 large eggs
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Fit the pie crust into a pie dish.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
 - Spread crumbled bacon and cheese evenly in the pie crust.
 - Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese.
 - Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden on top.
 - Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
 - Can be served warm or cold.
 - Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers.
