Ingredients

- 2 cups dandelion petals
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 package pectin
- 5 cups sugar
Instructions
- Collect dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
- Boil water and steep the dandelion petals for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid, stirring well.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and add sugar gradually, stirring until dissolved.
- Boil for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Ensure dandelions are free from pesticides.
- Store jelly in a cool, dark place.
- Refrigerate after opening.
