Ingredients

  • 2 cups dandelion petals
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 package pectin
  • 5 cups sugar

Instructions

  1. Collect dandelion petals and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. Boil water and steep the dandelion petals for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the mixture to extract the liquid.
  4. Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid, stirring well.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil and add sugar gradually, stirring until dissolved.
  6. Boil for another 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
  7. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
