A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with avocado, mozzarella, and tomato.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- Butter for spreading
Instructions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer avocado, mozzarella, and tomato on the bread.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and cheese melts.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use whole grain bread for extra fiber.
- Add basil for more flavor.
- Adjust cooking time based on your stove.
