- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a blender, combine avocados, basil, garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese.
- Blend until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Pour the avocado sauce over the pasta and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.

- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
- Adjust garlic based on your preference.
