Description

Ingredients

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add marinara sauce, oregano, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix cooked spaghetti, ricotta cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti mixture and stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
