- 500g ground beef
- 250g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 100g breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and onion.
- Add garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with sides of your choice.
