Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef and ground pork.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, crumbled bread, egg, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into meatballs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.

- For a softer texture, soak the bread in water before crumbling.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
