Ingredients

- 200g ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 slices of bread, soaked in milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, and soaked bread.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Mix the ingredients until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
