- 500g minced lamb
- 200g fresh spinach
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pan, cook minced lamb until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the lamb mixture with the ricotta mixture.
- Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
